• Remove existing sealant from joints
  
  
• Grind joints to remove all sealant from precast
  
  
• Supply and install backer material
  
  
• Supply and install Sika-flex sealant to precast joints
  
  
• Supply and install silicone sealant to glass and metal joints
  
  
• Solvent wipe all metal surfaces

Client: Edon Management Cochrane Provincial Building

Location: Cochrane, Alberta

Project Description:

• Demolition of existing office walls 
  
  
• Build new offices
  
  
• Build up of new meeting rooms, including a conference room renovations
  
  
• Mudding, taping, and sanding all new drywall
  
  
• Installation of used office doors, and resurfacing as needed
  
  
• Repair ceiling tiles.
  
  
• Supply and install new 4" cove base
  
  
• Remove and dispose of existing carpet 
  
  
• Contractor responsible for all floor preparation to receive new carpet
